THEME: WE ARE
The mission of SPECTACULAR is to create a safe, Christ-centered community  that encourages young women and men to discover God, their inherent worth, and cultivate and express their giftedness.
SPECTACULAR 2009 is fast approaching! Approximately 1000 sixteen- to nineteen-year-old campers and 200 adult staff from all over the Australia, Canada, Europe, French Polynesia, Great Britain, and United States will populate the Graceland University campus in Lamoni, Iowa, from July 25 to August 1, to explore this year’s theme: “We Are...”

The daily themes will be explored through classes, worship, and other activities:

Saturday:    We Are...
Sunday:    We are One -- We are Many
Monday:    We are Insiders -- We are Outsiders
Tuesday:    We are Takers -- We are Givers
Wednesday:    We are Hungry -- We are Full
Thursday:    We are Absent -- We are Present
Friday:    We are Dreamers - We are Doers
Saturday:    We Are One
